
Lagree Certification
As an instructor, you’ll help others transform their bodies and minds through intentional movement and coaching. Our dynamic training program teaches you the science and art behind the Lagree Method, giving you the confidence to lead powerful Lagree workouts at 600+ Lagree-licensed studios worldwide. Recognized as one of the fastest-growing and most in-demand workouts on ClassPass, Lagree continues to redefine modern fitness.
Lagree Certification
This program combines in-person training with self-paced online learning to give you the skills and confidence to coach clients through a high-intensity, low-impact Lagree class. You’ll learn the foundations of the Lagree Method, including time under tension, slow and controlled movement, anatomy, sequencing, muscular endurance, and performance-based coaching. The program also prepares you to lead full-body classes that challenge strength, stability, core control, and endurance through intentional movement and precise instruction. Upon successful completion, trainees earn a Level 1 Certification and may become eligible for teaching opportunities at licensed Lagree studios.

Training Requirements:

To receive Level 1 Lagree certification, you will be required to:
- Attend all training weekends
- Complete 25 Lagree classes by training start date (July 24, 2026)
