What to Expect

Lagree: A low-impact, high-intensity strength workout on the Lagree Mini Pro. Expect slow, controlled movements that build endurance, strength, and core stability.

VersaClimber: A full-body cardio climb that torches calories and builds endurance in under 20 minutes.

Classes are small and personalized — our instructors will guide you every step of the way. Moves are modifiable for all levels!
What to Bring

Grip socks are required for Lagree classes (available for purchase in-studio).

Sneakers are required for VersaClimber classes.

Bring water and a towel! Water station is available to fill water bottle.
Prepare for Class

BODICORE sends reminders to you via email and sms after you book your class. Make sure to look out for your notifications and add to your calendar!

Arrive 10 minutes before class so we can give you a demo of the machine, get you set up and comfortable.

Doors lock promptly at class start time for everyone’s safety. If you need to reschedule, you can do so 12 hours prior to the start of class by logging into your account online or through the BODICORE app.
