FAQ/Studio Policy
If it's your first time attending class, you are required to arrive 10 minutes early - PRIOR to the start of class to receive a proper demo of the machine, sign your waiver and to get settled into your first class. We recommend giving yourself extra time to find the studio located at 4136 E Joppa Rd, Suite J, Nottingham, MD 21236.
New clients that do not arrive 10 minutes early for their first class will be asked to reschedule their, credits will not be returned. Please make sure you read the purchase agreement before signing up for your class and to give yourself time to arrive to the studio to enhance your your first experience.
We offer modifications and adjustments to fit the needs of all levels. If you would like a private session and need more one-on-one, please contact us at info@bodicore.com.
Grip socks are required for Lagree classes and can be purchased at the studio using a credit card as the payment method. We also recommend bringing a towel and a water bottle which can be filled using our hydration station!
Classes can be booked online through our website or conveniently through our app using a valid class credit or class package. We highly recommend downloading our app, available for both iOS and Android, for the easiest booking experience.
Classes for the upcoming week (Monday–Sunday) are released every Sunday at 5:00 PM.
Members on our Unlimited and 16-Class Memberships enjoy a 2-day priority booking window, giving them early access to reserve classes before they become available to all members.
We recommend booking early, as classes may fill quickly.
Please note that all participants must have a signed waiver on file before attending class.
BODICORE enforces a strict 12-hour cancellation policy. If the client has reserved their place in class and cancels their reservation less than 12 hours in advance of class starting, they will incur late cancel fee of $25 and loss of class credit. This includes switching class times within the same day. 8-hours in advance for Unlimited members only.
To keep scheduling accurate and fair for all members, we’re unable to accept cancellations by phone, text, or email. Because our front desk is not always staffed, these messages may not be seen in time to process your request before the cancellation window closes.
To avoid a $25 late cancellation fee, please cancel at least 12 hours before your scheduled class time. No-shows incur a $35 fee.

The door the safety and consideration of everyone in class, our studio doors are locked once class begins to help maintain a focused, uninterrupted experience. Because our front desk is not always available, team members are instructed to secure the doors prior to class so the instructor can give their full attention to clients and teaching. We kindly encourage all members to arrive a few minutes early to ensure smooth entry and the best class experience.
If you arrive late and want to attend class, you are welcome to wait for the next class if there is a spot available.
BODICORE enforces a strict No Show Policy. If the client does not show up for class and fails to cancel their reservation, they will incur no show fee of $35.
Joining the waitlist is the same as signing up for class. Members may be added from the waitlist up to 2 hours before class start time.
If your plans change and you can no longer attend, you must remove yourself from the waitlist before being added to class. Once you are moved into the class, our standard cancellation policy applies, including the 12-hour cancellation window, $25 late cancellation fee, and $35 no-show fee if applicable.
Clients must be 16 years or older. Clients under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign a waiver in person's behalf.
All personal items must be placed in person storage space provided at the start of class. Cell phones are not allowed on the machine or used during class. If you need to use your phone, please kindly excuse yourself from the the studio.
If you're recovering from an injury or are pre/postnatal, please consult your doctor before taking class. Once cleared, let your instructor know so we can provide safe modifications and support you throughout your workout.
All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Class packs must be used by expiration date and class credits must be used within the active billing cycle - unused classes do not roll over.
Members who have completed their contract commitment can cancel or suspend memberships by providing a 7-day written notice prior to the next billing cycle to avoid charges. You can cancel or suspend your membership by sending a written request to the studio at contact@bodicore.com. If you would like to cancel before your contract commitment is complete, you will be charged a $100 early cancellation fee per your member agreement.
