Do You Offer Beginners Classes?We offer modifications and adjustments to fit the needs of all levels. If you would like a private session and need more one-on-one, please contact us at info@bodicore.com.

Booking Classes/WaiversClasses can be booked either online on our website or via our app using a valid class credit or class package. Members can book 2 weeks in advance and non-members can book classes 7 days prior to the start of class. All participants must have a signed waiver on file before attending any class.

Arrivals/New Client Check InThe doors lock at the start of class, and late entry is not permitted to ensure the safety of our instructors and members. If it's your first time attending class, you are required to arrive 10 minutes early - PRIOR to the start of class to receive a proper demo of the machine. We recommend giving yourself extra time to find the studio, if you need to purchase grip socks, grab water, sign your liability waiver, etc.

WaitlistsIf you are on the waitlist, please be prepared to attend class. Registering for a waitlist is the same as booking your spot for a class. If you are added from the waitlist into the class, we expect you will be arriving. You may be added to the class up to 1 hour before the class starts. If you are added to the class, standard cancellation and no-show policies apply. If you know ahead of time that you will not be able to make the class, remove yourself to avoid a late cancellation fee and give others an opportunity to take the class if a spot opens.

What You Need for ClassGrip socks are required for Lagree classes and can be purchased at the studio with a valid credit card. Workout shoes are required for Climb classes.

Late Cancellations/No ShowsTo avoid a late cancellation fee of $25, please cancel at least 12 hours before class starts. No-shows will incur a $35 fee. Cancellations must be made through the BODICORE app or website. We do not accept cancellations over the phone, via text, or email.

Age RequirementClients must be 16 years or older. Clients under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign a waiver in person's behalf.

Cell Phones/Personal ItemsAll personal items must be placed in person storage space provided at the start of class. Cell phones are not allowed on the machine or used during class. If you need to use your phone, please kindly excuse yourself from the the studio.

Pregnancy/InjuriesPlease let your instructor know before the start of class if you have any injuries, prenatal or postnatal. We will provide you with modified movements as needed for your safety. If you are expecting, physicians clearance is required.

How to Cancel MembershipMembers who have completed their contract commitment can cancel or suspend memberships by providing a 30-day written notice prior to the next billing cycle to avoid charges. For example, if your monthly payment is deducted on the 5th of each month, you must provide notice by May 4 or earlier if you wish to cancel your June 5 monthly payment. You can cancel or suspend your membership by sending a written request to the studio at info@bodicore.com. If you would like to cancel before your contract commitment is complete, you will be charged a $100 early cancellation fee per your member agreement.

RefundsAll purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Class packs must be used by expiration date and class credits must be used within the active billing cycle - unused classes do not roll over.
